Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Interview Challenger is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at hello@interviewchallenger.com.
2. The service
Interview Challenger turns a job offer into a private interview-preparation website: researched content pages, a practice quiz, company context and optional media. The site is generated with AI assistance and published on third-party hosting. The service is preparation only: it is not a live interview copilot and must not be used during an interview, assessment or any situation where assistance is prohibited.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you submit.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates risk for others.
4. Closed beta
The current beta is free and invitation-based. It includes a fixed bundle of generations, languages, suggestions and chat messages shown in the app. Beta features may change, break or be withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific result.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service during a live interview or in breach of an employer’s rules;
- submit content you do not have the right to use, or unlawful, harmful or deceptive content;
- attempt to access another user’s account, site or data;
- probe, scan or overload the service, or bypass its rate limits and paywalls;
- resell, scrape or reproduce the service except as expressly permitted.
6. Your content and generated sites
You keep ownership of the offer, documents and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to generate and host your site, provide support and secure the service. Generated sites are derived from your inputs and our templates; you may use them for your personal interview preparation.
We do not use your offers, generated sites or chat content to train our own models. See the Privacy Policy for the processors involved.
7. Hosting and third parties
Published sites are stored in a private GitHub repository and served by Cloudflare Pages. Availability is therefore also subject to those providers. We may change providers and will update the Privacy Policy and the security page when we do.
8. AI-generated content
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Check facts, dates and technical claims before relying on them. You are responsible for what you submit, publish or repeat. We do not guarantee an interview outcome or employment.
9. Availability, changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Provisions that by nature survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers and liability) survive.
10. Paid plans
Paid plans are not active in the closed beta. When they are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase, and a seven-day refund window is intended for direct purchases. Nothing in this draft sells a paid plan today.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities or interview outcomes. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts of [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction, subject to those protections.
13. Changes and contact
